• Legal Requirements: Data may be disclosed only if required to comply with legal obligations, regulatory authorities, or enforce agreements

• All catalog and customer data remains the property of the merchant
• Searchmind acts as a data processor, never as a data owner
• End-users' personal data is processed exclusively for the merchant's business purposes

We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect data, including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
• Access controls and authentication mechanisms
• Continuous monitoring and auditing
• Hosting on secure cloud infrastructure (AWS, Microsoft, Nvidia)
